Since the summer of 1931, when the first regular commercial flight in Greece began on the Athens–Thessaloniki route with Junkers G24 aircraft, aviation in Greece has developed significantly — and we have developed with it. Our journey started with Shell and continued with the establishment of Shell & MOH Aviation as a joint venture between Shell and Motor Oil Hellas.
Established in 2010, Shell & MOH Aviation Fuels is a strategic marketing joint venture between Shell International and Motor Oil Hellas, created as a dedicated and stand-alone aviation fuels entity serving the Greek aviation market.
The company introduced an innovative business model for the aviation sector, becoming the first Shell Aviation joint venture of its kind worldwide. Combining Shell Aviation’s global expertise and operational standards with Motor Oil’s strong regional presence and infrastructure, Shell & MOH Aviation Fuels established a new benchmark for a leading Greek customer-focused aviation fuel services provider.
Since its establishment, the company has continuously expanded its network and capabilities, strengthening its presence across Greece and expanding aviation fuelling activity into neighbouring Bulgaria — while delivering reliable, safe, efficient and sustainable aviation fuelling services to all segments of the aviation industry.
