SAFCO (Shell Aviation Fuelling Company of Greece) was incorporated in 1997, owned 50% by Shell & MOH Aviation and 50% by BP, and operates the Into Plane Fuel Delivery service at Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" (IATA: ATH, ICAO: LGAV).
SAFCO has invested significantly in state of the art fueling equipment, including hydrant vehicles, tankers and bowsers. SAFCO is able to supply aviation fuel to any aircraft operating at Athens International Airport 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
